Systemic-somatic Constellation Work

The systemic approach supports us wherever relationships are involved and helps us to free ourselves from entanglements and to approach our lives with new clarity.

The somatic approach helps us to find a deeper access to our body and to give space to its inherent power of self-regulation and regeneration.

The approach of systemic-somatic constellation work arises from Andreas' trainings in different forms of systemic constellation work (classical Family Constellation according to Hellinger, Natural Constellation, Systemic Ritual®) and his experiences with somatic methods, energetic healing work, shamanic work and modern trauma therapy.

In advance, you can consider what theme/issue is currently preoccupying you in your life. We will work with the issues you bring and gradually make space for them.

Your question/ topic may come from the area:

- Love/ Relationship/ Intimacy/ Sexuality - Family/ Home/ Community/ Belonging - profession/ meaning/ vocation/ reorientation - Spirituality/ spiritual crises/ spiritual opening/ evolution of consciousness - Health/ illness/ symptoms/ body - Guilt/ Self-esteem/ Money - Systemic organizational and project development

And maybe you don't have a theme and still want to be there and learn from the processes in the room and make yourself available as a representative.

ALL DETAILS:

We will be at Sólsetrið in that weekend.

On the weekend we will have somebody cooking for us and providing meals. There will be a buffet, which will strengthen us during the breaks. Light and healthy food of all kinds, so that we have good energy for the work.

It is good if you can say at the registration if you want to bring in your own constellation. But we also expect that a topic and a constellation wish can arise spontaneously!

Price range for the weekend:

60.000-70.000 ISK with own constellation 35.000-45.000 ISK as a representative

There will be additional costs for the food that we will share and for optional sleepover at Linda`s Place.
