This  particular Breath modality honours and weaves in the traditions found  in the Shamanic ways and Ceremonies of healing thereby creating bridges  between our inner and outer worlds, the seen and the unseen. Unlike the  ancient ways where the Shaman was considered indispensable to the  transformative process, Shamanic Breathwork calls forth the Shaman  within each being guided by the facilitator.

Þessi  tegund af Öndunar tilhögun heiðrar og vefur saman hefðir sem fundnar  eru í Sjamanískum aðferður og heilunar athöfnum og skapa þannig brýr á  milli innri og ytri heima, hins sýnilega og ósýnilega.
